- The best Cinema in Berlin! They stream original versions without subtitles. Also, the popcorn is nice and you can also have beers and nachos inside of the room. A big 10 for this place!

- AndyApril 28, 2016Huge IMAX screen with awesome sound setup. You get to go directly outside to the Sony Center inner yard after an IMAX screening, which is nice after couple of hours inside!

- Kilian FrankAugust 14, 2012Good place to watch movies in original language. Bring your 3D glasses, if you already have some. They charge an extra Euro for glasses, not included with ticket, glasses can't be returned afterwards!
- 5 Sterne Ticket is now also valid for 3D movies with an additional €3.00 (+ €1.00 for glasses, if you don't bring them yourself), i.e. €9.50 any day, any seat.
- One reason to visit: the big screens and the original version of the projected movies. Forget about drink and food it's airport prices.

- All movies are shown in their original version. Tip for english speaking moviegoers and Germans who are sick of dubbed movies.
- Astrid C.November 6, 2014OV are usually not too crowded and always nice seats available. Popcorn is better (fresher) when cinema is more crowded. Prices for snacks are rather expensive but expected.
- A fair cinema where you can see major movies in the original versions. Unfortunately they run at least 30 minutes of advertisements before every movie. Now you know why people download.

- If you have a student id, sign up for a trial subscription of Tagesspiegel (30 days; ~10 EUR; cancel immediately via email) -> get 2 tickets for CineStar. So, 50% discount and a free newspaper.
- RiekeNovember 1, 2014They only show original versions without subtitles (which is good). The price for popcorn, drinks etc is ridiculous, though.
- Until you learn the ropes, this is possibly the most expensive movie theater in this area of Germany. But O2 tickets, "double" features, and Mystery screenings make it possible. Yay OV movies!

- adastraAugust 3, 2014Being asked to throw away water bottles in 30*C heat is completely unacceptable and sends a very capitalist message. Any other bottle I would understand, but water should be a basic right.

- Amazing underground cinema that shows movies in OV. There's even a bar!
- They sell 0.33l bottled Pepsi instead of the "post mix" crap at the small coffee bar right at the entrance. 0.2l Schweppes available at the bar at the far end (evenings only).
- Try the sneak on Thursday. But be aware - tickets are sold out fast!
