I even found some bullet holes on its side wall. If you wanna get inside, you should book a tour in advance.

If this is your first time in West and East Berlin, go on the Reichstag Dome tour. The audio guide gives you an overview of not just the West German Parliament but the entire city as well.

Germany's historic federal parliament, beautifully restored in the 90's with the modern dome on top. Free reservation required a few weeks ahead to visit the interior and the dome. Romantic at sunset.

The Reichstag building is a historical edifice in Berlin constructed to house the Reichstag (1894-1933), parliament of the German Empire and the Weimar Republic. After WW II the building fell into disuse. After reconstruction (1995-99) it became the seat of the German Bundestag.
