Friendly at check in. Separate duvets in a double room but that’s to be expected. Good location, M4 tram runs regularly and just two stops to Alexanderplatz. Quiet, didn’t hear other guests!

Checkin Personal is quite not good in giving great Information. Real care is different. Breakfast Personal is very nice. Dogs cost 15,- eur (!) but welcome drink and dog carpet which is really sweet:

Entrance and lobby don't look very welcoming but the rooms were great, cosy and comfortable. Great (open) wifi.

Pretty poor gym and there is no water in sauna (and you should pay for it), which absolutely confusing. And just fyi, sauna is mixed, girls and guys all together naked (absolutely not cross-cultured)

If you want to eat nice and close go to Lily's burger & Steak across street of church. Go to Melis Coffee bakery for WLAN and breakfast until late evening. Aldi is neither too far away. Alex 10 min

Wonderful hotel, rooms on the small side but service is great, lovely bar on the ground floor and rooms have espresso makers.

Be aware, they may sniff WiFi traffic over public network, check and use HTTPS only over network.

Order breakfast when you arrive, - if you buy breakfast on the next day right before eating it costs you 19 euro instead of 15,- 😳

Its ok. Location is “alexander platz” meaning at 900m distance of alexander platz. Good breakfast

Don't buy the WiFi. Go to the cafe on the corner, just past the church. A good bakery and free WiFi.

hotel is ok, room small for Berlin standards but nicely decored. the staff is rude. no decent 24h room service, no clocks inside the room or enough plug adaptors. no free wifi.

Don't go for the expensive internetconnection if you want to listen to radiostreams. Even though they advertise it as "you van stream audio and video", you really can't

Expensive and slow wifi. I paid for the premium wifi which is supposed to be faster but it's slower then dial up. Ask for a refund if you bought it.

Hotel con una calidad media, tranquilo y a buen precio. Cerca de Alexanderplatz, pero un poco alejado del Mitte y del resto de lugares de interés. Bien comunicado por transporte público.
