You'll get fresh popovers with butter within about five minutes of sitting down. Eat them while they're warm! The stake tartare comes with green garlic popovers, which are delicious too.

Eat the popover with the most amazing salted butter. Definitely make reservations and go for the fried chicken, burger le grand, and doughnuts. Request to sit at the chef's counter for a kitchen show.

The "restaurant-style" fried chicken is brined and thinly battered with well seasoned buttermilk batter, and garnished with roasted garlic, salt, fried herbs, and lemon, and it's damn good. Read more

It's amazing what comes out of Tyler Florence's small kitchen at this multi-level restaurant. Try the ricotta and mint agnolotti in butter sauce with English peas, snap peas, and fava beans. Read more

Got the East Coast and West Coast oysters and the house burger. Amazing food. Heard a lot of compliments about the fried chicken too. Will make sure to go again.

The mac and cheese was amazing. The fried chicken lives up to the reputation. The burger was good but mostly due to the awesome bun. The toffee dessert with the port pairing was great as well.

Wow! Like an upscale British pub if that makes sense. Fried chicken, mac n cheese, black truffle gnocchi, burger...get it all. Drinks are strong ;)

Everything on the menu is masterfully crafted, except flavor leans salty. Cocktails, poutine, fried chicken, deviled eggs: great. Surprisingly transcendent: their salads.

Organic fried chicken, avocado & hearts of palm salad, roasted corn soup-yum. We sat at the chef's bar twice during our recent SF visit. Looks like the steak tartare & devil eggs are next on list!

This is a keeper. The food? Amazing! Fresh popovers accompany the delicious house specialty: Fried Chicken! But there’s more: you must order the Mac-N-Cheese, Deviled Eggs, and Bacon-Wrapped Dates.

Order the organic fried chicken or the burger with an egg on top. They're both the best items on the menu. The popovers melt in your mouth, & the salted butter is an ABSOLUTE requirement.

Fried chicken is excellent and the avocado and heart of Palm salad is tasty. Sitting by the fireplace can get warm and it's near the server station so high traffic.
