- DensAugust 20, 2014Classy, old school spot for a steak. Solid bernaise sauce. The house cocktail (shit I can't remember the name!) is a wee petite but go for it anyway. ProTip: Go splitty-split on 2 steaks w a buddy
- Great wine list! Great bartenders in Robert & Freddie! Crab Cakes are great this time of year (Nov). Bone in Ribeye is fantastic. Steak Diane a classic. Can't go wrong with anything on the menu!
- Katherine ColesAugust 29, 2014Had a lovely date night here. Very fancy and quite pricey but the food (I had steak and lobster) was fantastic. Excellent service from the staff and enjoyed the jazz music coming from the bar!
- Marc R?erSeptember 22, 2014Traditional American steakhouse with great service and a decent wine list, even though it contains many American wines, meat is great, as well as the salmon as a starter highly recommendable
- Michael ShanahanMarch 15, 2019Fantastic Steak House ! I got the Porterhouse medium rare, my friend got the filet mignon. Both dishes outstanding ! I like the spinich, and aue gratin potatoes...
- Jennifer BurlingtonJanuary 22, 2013Holy moly. Great steaks and service. Sat in the lounge with the live piano player. Perfect casual yet nice dinner. Best martini.
- Sit at the bar. Enjoy the music and selection of scotch whiskys! Super chill and relaxing.
- Ben RussoAugust 21, 2015The prime rib and creamed spinach is great. Maybe not as good as HoPR, but they have a lot more options. Try the options!
- Tom CoatesAugust 9, 2014The Kobe beef is absurdly good but also ridiculously rich! Probably one person on a table should get it and give a bit to everyone else!
- Eric WheelerSeptember 27, 2014Keep it simple and traditional with the porterhouse or rib eye. And treat yourself to a Manhattan. It comes in a little barrel.
- Natalie MJune 1, 2015Such amazing service. The tartar is very good. Good steaks. Very solid meals here.
- Morten AuthenSeptember 20, 2017A San Francisco classic. You are guaranteed to get a nice experience.
- Amy BAugust 31, 2015Main room requires dress clothes but bar area open to t-shirt, shorts crowd. Service & food just as good.
- Claudio CFebruary 25, 2015Extremely good service, tremendous steak, and nice wine for not been Chilean!!!! ;)
- The Bold ItalicOctober 12, 2011Try the prime rib, served with creamed spinach and a baked potato— a timeless and delicious combination. Read more
- Steve DardarianDecember 10, 2012Decorated for the holidays, The Harris steak with baked potato. Cream of Mushroom soup nailed it. Very Classy!
- Amy MatsunoOctober 19, 2014Prime rib was so juicy! I'd recommend over the filet mignon; the filet tends to be dryer and less flavorful even if both asked to be cooked in the same way. Bread & butter are great too but save room!
- DeniseNovember 8, 2011Get their New York cut, it's what they're known for! I even go NY here, though I'm a filet mignon gal!
- Aaron DraczynskiOctober 14, 2012The scalloped potatoes are delicious, but they aren't served every night.
- Have a seat in the the bar room and enjoy the music by Pete (drums) and his jazz band (Thursday through Saturday). Enjoy!
- Scalloped potatoes every night but Saturday. So don't go on Saturday.
- Bachelor10April 27, 2011C’mon, reserve the private room. Your friend the Bachelor deserves better than to be treated like some common consumer of beef. Treat him right for once. Read more
- Mark PFebruary 17, 2012Don't order the Rossini when the rest of your party orders the Executive cut Prime Rib.
- Say hi to David- best bartender there is! Ask him about Greece and City life.
- Ditto on that port wine cheddar! We split the salmon and enjoyed ample portions.
- No scalloped potato(e)s on Saturday night. Baked is audible.
- Vincent TangJuly 27, 2012They'll treat you right. Grab some good grub with people who mean the most to you.
