I didn’t know that you can do cell updates as well as activations at Apple Stores. Friendly staff though can get busy in the evenings. May want to order online to pick up in store.
You can shop accessories you liked in the store without bothering a sales rep. Just download the apple shopping app > scan ur item > pay via reg credit car >ur receipt will be emailed and present!

Marc SJune 30, 2016You can book an appointment from the Apple Store iOS app. Handy even if you're close-by, to reduce wait time.
If you need help, book a Genius appointment in advance, as this place is always crazy busy. Don't forget to stand in line to play with the iPad before you leave.- It's usually always busy so it's best to make a Genius Bar appointment online.
The geniuses advice: go to iTunes and click restore. It's an IT department's equivalent of have you tried restarting your PC?

If you connect to their wifi, earlier Genius Bar appointments will open up via the Apple Store app.
Sure it's always busy. But they are great at customer service. Swapped the battery on my iPhone no problem. Returned to me in 30 minutes
Germophobes beware: This place is always packed. It also has a bit of a funky odour, so be prepared for that as well.
If you're going to be an iModel or use Facebook, just remember to Sign Out. you & your Identity will thank me later.

Good luck if you actually want to buy something! Bug the guy with the red iPad to help you find someone that can take your money.
Ensure you have made a good effort to troubleshoot. As it does always help to "show your work"
