Manuel StoehrOctober 5, 2015Staff - attentive, well-mannered; Rooms - discreet, sophisticated luxury. Awesome bed, marble bath, loved Bose wave radio. Book a room w/ fleet view. Enjoy a completely romantic dinner at Ticino.
The rooms are beautifully designed like with all Sofitels I've stayed at. Great location in walking distance to the city centre and many sights.

David KolodziejNovember 18, 2013Nice hotel, but the free wi-fi is limited and has VoIP blocked (i.e. Skype, Wi-Fi phone calls, etc). Likely have to purchase their "premium" internet if you want to do more than just surf the web.
The view from the 8th floor is breathtaking. Very friendly staff, great rooms, great food, and great service.

Seven Heads bar is classy, and I love the spa here... Fantastic location.

Very well located, nice rooms and building. The terrace at the river is very relaxing. You can even come with your boat!
Beds pillows and mattresses are far too soft. A lovely hotel but I've never had a decent nights sleep here :(
