ZoeOctober 9, 2017The oysters are great when paired with a dirty martini. The chicken liver mousse is perfect. You can’t go wrong with the mussels, roast farm chicken, or Maude’s burger.

Phenomenal cocktails to start and excellent food to finish. Have not had a bad dish at Maude's. Recommend the country chicken and anything that comes with their bread.

Chicken liver mousse, steak tartare, salmon tartare, cassoulet, pork paillard, brussels sprouts, basically the ENTIRE MENU. Also, both desserts. You have room.

Most lovely bar in Chicago. I long for the smoky violet smash and the shaved vegetable salad. One day, the seafood tower and I will be acquainted.
