- Josh KongmanySeptember 1, 2017If you're looking for an authentic German meal, this is gonna be your spot. Portions are huge, prices are fair, beer is cold, and the Schnitzel is to die for. The staff can speak English, too!
- Mat NicholJuly 30, 2012Part of the fabric of Hamburg. You have to eat here at least once. Slightly off the main area of Sternschanze they have wonderful schnitzel, bratkartoffeln and roastbeef. Open all through the night.
- Simónir GMarch 6, 2016Massive portions and really, really tasty. The mixed grill was superb - cooked to perfection. German home cooking at its best! Friendly staff too 👍🏻
- Anneke NijenhuisJune 30, 2015If you're looking for something really German, you should definitely come here! The schnitzel is awesome (and huge, so make sure you're hungry)
- Andrew LeckieAugust 5, 2013Amazing German food. Try any of the variety of schnitzels and you cannot be disappointed. Gets very busy so good idea to book ahead.
- Guy SieJune 4, 2022We wanted to come eat a typical German schnitzel and people sent us to this place. They serve schnitzel all night long, the place only closes between 14:00 and 17:00 for a quick clean.
- Pawel PietrykaSeptember 21, 2015It's a very "home cooked" schnitzel they serve here. I prefer the thinner and crispier ones from other restaurants like Hatari or Schnee Weiss (Berlin)
- The best German food you might imagine—especially after a hard club night. Order any kind of schnitzel or scrambled eggs toasts.
- Saksith SaiyasombutAugust 6, 2014This is your place if you want great (both in size and taste) Schnitzel and sides nearly the same size. You won't go home hungry!
- David StrüningMarch 22, 2015Best place in HH to get some authentic and cheap food after midnight! Definitely a MUST go for every tourist.
- Dora PapastavrouAugust 2, 2015Huge portions, tasty schnitzel and not expensive! Great atmosphere and funky music. Loved it!

- JAugust 7, 2016Interesting experience - the place has a friendly and informal vibe, schnitzel is good but too heavy. Cheap prices
- Nazlı TümerdemJuly 3, 2017Went inside said hello to the waiter. He never even looked at us. After he passed us 5 times without looking while we were waiting to ask if there will be any free space, we went out.
- Matthias DietrichFebruary 12, 2016Food is ok, looks run down inside. There are better places for dinner nearby.
- Wer Hunger hat, geht zu Erika. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist unschlagbar. Unbedingt die Bratkartoffeln als Beilage nehmen. Pers. Favorit: Roastbeef XXL!
- Ingo B.January 17, 2020Hier trifft man alle Gesellschaftsschichten.
