You need to place the order first to get a code to access the toilets. it means if you really have to go;) then you have to bring your coffee/snack to the toilet with you or leave it unattended :(

Don't expect smiles from staff because they are not as friendly as they should be. Toilet code is on your receipt. Alert: it's quite small and not really clean.

They don't know how to make a good Tchai latte, the tchai taste is barely there and the whole thing is watery. You always need to go back and ask for more tchai in your drink.

Only if your looking for a familiar taste. While traveling, I'd encourage you to try local cafés instead.
