    Gotta love the hand-written recommendations! Also: great cards, matchboxes handpainted to resemble book covers & adorable children's corner, complete with a 'No pouting, whining, or snivelling' sign!

    Everything about this bookstore is great , it's a beautifully curated little shop and the staff is really helpful. I can always find something good to walk out with.

    Fantastic neighborhood bookstore with a great selection of new/recommended books to grab off a table. Haven’t been steered wrong yet. Also cool author events in the basement (with wine!).

    This small shop carries all the titles you're looking for. They also carry great notebooks and a plethora of great cards if you happen to forget someone's birthday!

    Love having WORD as my local bookstore. Stellar staff, great events, & a well-curated selection of books & sundries. I also love the $5-off bonus whenever I spend $100, which I manage to do often.

    Excellent indie book store with an interested and approachable staff! (also, hosts No Sheep Til Brooklyn, a knitting group that meets the 1st and 3rd Sundays of the month!!)

    Amazing staff and the best programming ever, bookstore or not. Tons of readings and events, a literary basketball league, running club, pot lucks, bananagrams tourneys - better than the YMCA!
