Formed about 40,000 years ago, this is the most well-preserved impact crater on Earth. It measures about 4,000 feet wide. Take a trip here and you might feel like you're on Mars. Read more

Very unique thing to see if you're in the area, it's privately owned so they do charge a pretty steep ($18) fee but it's well-maintained and worth it to take a look!

Yes, it's 16 bucks to get in. But take the time and it's worth the money. Take the guided tour, the docents know their stuff. The tour takes an hour, and the trail is a bit uneven

Half of the admission would be fine.. Wiki:The crater is not a national monument, the crater is privately owned by a family, which proclaims it to be the "best preserved meteorite crater on Earth".

The museum is awesome, there are a lot of hands on activities for the kids to interact with. You can see for miles from the top viewing platform. Definitely worth the price!

It's now 18$ per Adult! And the Guided Tour was cancelled because of path works. The same 5 Facts are thrown at you on the movie and museum repeatedly..

Go see this. It's totally worth it. Really nifty hole in the ground. It rained while we were there. Good luck with seeing any of that.

It's pretty expensive but so fun! You get to see more than just the crater, there's also a movie, an interactive museum, and a guided tour. If there are any space junkies in your group, it's worth it.

This is worth every penny of the admission fee. I easily spent an entire day here and would gladly spend more time. There is also a smaller crater a little past this one on the crater road.

This is a really cool site. Has seen a significantly higher boost in pricing. It’s worth viewing. It’s on the way heading west through AZ toward LV.

Saw this driving through Arizona between the Canyon & Petrified Forest, had to stop. The signs make it seem really cheesy but it's pretty impressive. Worth the $15 and 6 mile drive off the highway.

Give yourself a good 45 mins to an hour to look through the museum, watch the 10 minute movie and take in the different vantage points of the crater views.

Realmente no es mas que un agujero en la tierra. Se ve espectacular en las fotografías aéreas, pero allí no se disfruta nada. El precio es desorbitado para lo que ofrece y además no lo saben explotar.
