Frankreich liegt in Deutschland, zumindest ein kleines Stück davon. Das épi vereint nach Pariser und Brüsseler Vorbildern den Duft der Backstube mit der Gastlichkeit eines Bistros. Épi importiert fast alle verwendeten Rohstoffe direkt aus Frankreich. Für den französischen Genuss.
