Been here 10+ times
The best area to live in, in Andorra, during summer time. Decent cafes around, no much people (no traffic), close to French border and in between very nice mountains

The Grandvalira area deserves a mention, its a great destination rivaling most other resorts in the Alps. Yes, there is great skiing in Andorra!
