I cannot follow the other comments here, maybe it has been renovated but the room is very modern and quiet, also fitness and sauna are very good for 4star category

Unfixed furniture. Even though there is a kitchen in each room you have to ask for Potts and cooking-equipment. Can't switch off air con. Uncooperative employees.

Хороший апарт-отель за свои деньги, расположен в 25 минутах ходьбы от Мариенплац. Просторные уютные номера. Бесплатный мини бар. Рядом хороший супермаркет Rewe. Круглосуточный ресепшн.

Zum einen laut, zum zweiten ist das Hotel einfach renovierungsbedürftig. Am ersten Tag war der Zettel mit Reparaturen fast überfüllt an der Rezeption.
