The famous Fontana dei Quattro Fiumi or Fountain of the Four Rivers is here. The fountain was built to represent the 4 continents :Asia, America, Europe and Africa. Many sculptures and beautiful views
The architecture of both the church and the fountain is fantastic, we absolutely enjoyed being there at night! You can expect to find very good street artists. This is must when you visit Rome.
"Ars longa, vita brevis" words take their meaning in this square with a Baroque ambiance. Just leave yourself to the beauty of art created by Bernini and Borromini.
Breathtaking❤️ every detail is a masterpiece! Such a beautiful square, amazing restaurants and talented street artists and of course the beautiful fountain🙏🏼
BEST square in Rome. Trevi is popular but Navona is on another level! Check out the fountain of the rivers, learn about the underground stadium and sculpture contests. Not too crowded. Xmas shows 👌.
One of my favorite place in Rome . Vast space, architecture, cosy cafes nearby make this square a perfect place to walk, admire and think how beautiful Rome is)
Great atmosphere. Lively and electric. A motley of tourists, locals, painters, musicians and police. Soak in the lively ambience. A must visit to feel the spirit of the eternal city.
One of the best piazzas around Rome! Lots of restos and cafes along with various entertainment scattered around including painters, singers & performers.
Great place with big sculptures with fontaines. Tens of small cafes and gelaterias are around. The prices are high. At the middle of the square, as usual, local dancers and musicians entertain tourist
Situated where the Stadium of Domitian once was, Piazza Navona exemplifies the Baroque Period with creations by Bernini and Borromini. It is a great place to people watch.
With its ornate fountains, baroque palazzi and pavement cafés, it is central Rome’s showcase square. It sits on the site of an ancient monument, in this case the 1st-century-AD Stadio di Domiziano.
Perfect plaza in Rome. Lots of street artists and their paintings. Once you come here before sun rises up, you will be impressed and you'll wanna see here again.
İ like to be at piazza navona.its full if art..i feel very sensitive i like to drink coffee or hotchocolat at 1 of the restaurant ..all of them is nice.
Don't let the crowds scare you away. Take your time people watching, and if you're learning Italian, this is a good place for some eavesdropping practice :)

Undeniably the most elegant and cheerful of all Roman piazzas, it was built on the site of Stadium of Domitian in the 1st Century A.D. and still preserves its outline. Managed by the Rome's Tourism Dept. in collaboration with //Avanti Concept Agency
