The staff are friendly and helpful. It has pretty good breakfast but doesn't worth the price. Normally there should be some free things in rooms. Here, there are 2 apples for free, water costs 5,4 €!!

I like the hotel: nice ambiance, stylish rooms, 2 green apples as a welcome in the room. Very friendly staff. Have a drink at the bar or relax at the wellness area. Free wifi everywhere. Best location

Very nice hotel, clean and quiet. Staff is nice as well! Wifi is free but a bit spotty. Not sure if it's just near our room or throughout the hotel. Request a good wifi spot if you need it!

Excellent hotel if you want to explore Mitte. The City Suite has the best views of any hotel in the city, even with the construction. Awesome bathrobes and towels.

Free wifi. Comfortable beds and some of the rooms have a kitchenette. Breakfast isn't worth the money though.

The rooms are OK, abs even though I had reserved a room with a king size bed, they have me two single beds, which I just decided to not make a fuss about. The breakfast could definitely be better.

Free Wifi, good coverage. Fine beds, friendly staff, central location, good restaurant, DivX player with USB support, clean and modern style. Top hotel!

Decent rooms and friendly staff. I've only used the restaurant for breakfast and it was "ok". Location is grand!

The staff so far is nice. Heard lots of different stories but so far all good. Rooms are nice, clean, beds are cosy. Try it, it's a good hotel.

Nettes Hotel, schöne Zimmer, gute Barkarte und Restaurant. Die Lage Nähr Gendarmenmarkt ist natürlich spitze.

Chegamos ao hotel uma hora antes do check-in e não nos deixaram entrar, pelo contrário tivemos que aguardar no saguão do hotel por mais 45 minutos pois o quarto não estava pronto ainda.
