Kasia WJune 28, 2016So far that's the worst room I got in any Crowne Plaza hotel I've been to, it def needs some refreshing. The bathroom looks more like a guest house than a "luxurious" hotel. I have a "wall view" too.

Erika MontoliNovember 20, 2015Luxury hotel well located near the tube. Very spacious and comfortable room with Godiva chocolates. Free Wifi. Excellent and creative breakfast in the morning.
Here for a course in the Senses Meetings Suite. This is a very well thought out and well appointed facility. Catering is good too.

The rooms accessible closer to reception nice. But rooms the other end of the hotel, esp the 1st floor smell of cigarettes and pot noodle!
Very nice hotel, 15min walking distance to the Grand Place! Free wifi!!

Kathy DevougeOctober 26, 2010End of October they still did not program the winter heating. As a result I have to do with an électronic one. What a pity...so expensive for what we get...not that fabulous and totally disappointed.
