- Kensal DurandDecember 9, 2012the best Chinese food I have ever tasted....an absolute pleasure to eat there...nice atmosphere...good price although it can build up without u realising because the food is I good u just keep eating.
- MaríaDecember 4, 2016My favourite was the Chinese broccoli signature dish. This place is challenging if you don't eat meat (I eat fish), but I had pork by mistake in their prawn wanton dumpling soup. Service is messy.
- NjoudAugust 12, 2015Absolutely Delicious👌🏼chicken sweet and sour not too sweet as the other which make it perfect , shrimps with chili sauce yummy and the shrimps not fried thanks god , lamb teriyaki 10/10 .
- You can easily spend all day working your way through the menu. Shangai Dumplings are great but feel free to experiment at this "cartless" dim sum palace (read: everything ordered off menu).
- NikJanuary 17, 2015Got chicken feet to see what's the deal. Quite terrible, but our din sum and beef with cashew nuts were great though. Definitely get black sea same balls for desert!
- Nicholas StylianakisNovember 2, 2016Duck was nice as well as sweet and sour etc. You need to chase after the waiters though. A bit slow. But once the waiters are there they treat you well.
- Fahad AbalkhailAugust 6, 2016Dumplings are good, overall, food is good. However, the service is poor, and it takes you forever to get your orders. Waitresses host you at the beginning, and then you.never see them again.
- Angela LiuFebruary 21, 2015Hands down to this very authentic chinese place. Quality guaranteed and both dim sum and dinner are good
- Michael LangeJanuary 12, 2015Terrific cuisine. Plenty of Chinese guests which speaks for its authenticity. Probably one of the best Chinese meals we had in London once again. Highly recommended
- Fiorella Coto ZevallosNovember 18, 2018It was fine ... not the best dumplings I had in London (those are in China town) but it was a nice relative empty spot at the heart of London. A good alternative to a chain restaurant.
- The crispy duck was way over-cooked when we had it but the rest of the food was delicious. Probably the best Chinese (and dim sum) we've had in London.
- SHOWRUNNERNovember 22, 2012Be hungry, be early and be ready to eat a lot! This is an experience best shared with friends, and be a little adventurous even if the chicken's feet may not be your thing.
- Badr 0806™January 8, 2020Their crispy duck was really nice, their whole dim sum menu is actually very good and authentic.
- Best dim sum in London! You just have to queue a bit on Sundays. Careful, there is the Royal China Club a block away (good too but more for dinners).
- VanessaAugust 10, 2019Good dumplings and dim sum but probably cheaper to get dim sum around the same standard in Chinatown instead. They put sugar in the sweet corn and crab meat corn soup (which is unforgivable)!
- The Times and Sunday TimesSeptember 26, 2014With its impeccable, gleaming dim sum, Royal China changed the way we think about Chinese food... and was one of the first London restaurants to make queuing for an hour acceptable Read more
- Heena KaraniDecember 19, 2015Best Chinese!! Only Shame they don't have any vegetarian sizzling dishes which they do in Harrow.
- Bartek BiedrzyckiApril 3, 2016Some of the dishes are great (dim sum or hoisin duck) but the overall experience, the service etc is closer to a canteen than to a restaurant
- carthesianFebruary 26, 2022Good food and fast serving. The duck is amazing. The only thing is that they charge you 10£ as ‘ tip ‘ without letting you know.
- Mara MdiJuly 15, 2015great crispy duck. Amazing dumplings. Try the fried noodles with shrimps and nuts, great taste and texture!
- Best dim sum in London! The turnip cakes are especially good!!!
- Pop next door 2 Royal China 'Club' (finer, more stylish) 4 the best Chinese in LDN, hands down. Check out my full review: http://empirelineeater.wordpress.com/2012/02/08/royal-china-club-dim-sum-king/
- Aisha AFebruary 4, 2019A bit Chaotic when entering, be sure to push past to the desk to get a ticket otherwise you’ll be lining up for eternity!
- Ed GarcezAugust 18, 2014best dim sum in London I reckon... steamed prawn and coriander dumplings always hit the spot for me ;)
- Diva DareenAugust 8, 2014Oyster & Bean Curd, Baked Icelandic Cod, Braised Straw Mushroom with oyster sauce and Coconut Cream Pudding. 😍👌
- Essie SSeptember 2, 2014Service is quick and perfect to satisfy a Saturday morning hangover. Not the best dim sum out there though!
- Hands down the BEST dim sum and Chinese food I've ever had. Lives up to the hype and worth the wait! Amazing
- AliyaJuly 15, 2016Great if you're looking for conventional chinese restaurant. Forget it if you're looking for a cosier and less mainstream outing.
- Cecilia ChenApril 20, 2015Great Chinese Dim Sum place. Nicer and more expensive than the places in Chinatown. Good for gathering.
- The Taste SheriffDecember 3, 2018Yes, incredible Chinese food. Yes, outrageously expensive. Try the duck, please.
- Ross McDowellFebruary 14, 2015Seafood banquet was special. We went for the spicy lobster... So very very tasty!
- Some of the best Dim Sum in London, and be sure and try the chef's specials.
- Yu-MeiApril 22, 2011Don't miss: dover sole cheong fun, lo bak gou (radish cake) char siew bao and very succulent fung zhao (phoenix claws aka braised chicken feet).
- Awaes IshfaqDecember 28, 2016Dim sum was wonderful. Probably the best in London. Scallop dumpling was wow.
- David SulitzerAugust 6, 2014Very nice and prices are fair. Quite packed but it's part of the experience 😉
- Best dim sum in London. As far as I know, nice atmosphere, great staff, amazing food!
- Kristof SalsDecember 3, 2014Try The beef brisket sz. style. It's hot like me! Or try something else. All is good.
- Connie WangNovember 8, 2014Don't leave without trying the black sesame balls for desert. Phenomenal.
- Chris PulicicchioJuly 31, 2010Try the plain Cheung Fung with peanut sauce, frogs legs were too spicy for those not accustom to chilli. Finish with a lotus paste bun, they look naughty but taste heavenly!
- umi HotelsFebruary 27, 2012Great place for Dim Sum . Buzzing atmosphere and excellent food. I love all of the dim sum dishes !
