Great Hotel located in downtown Mexico DF. Close to many restaurants and a Starbucks. The CityTourbus stop is very close to the hotel and you can take a ride for less than 10 dollars.
In the towers water pressure was amazing, room was charming and comfortable. Room service is prompt although quality is about par. Love the lobby bar with piano, tho, and all staff members are loveky
Make a reservation for Bar Jorongo, where the amazing Mariachi Embajadores De México play. If you don't get Club Lounge access, it's worth paying for. Check out the quietrooftop pool- great view.
Hotel definitely showing its age. Lacks natural light in most of the hotel. Very nice staff, and great lounge for elites with a really solid food situation. Room has comfortable bed but old bathroom.
While some may view the hotel as outdated I as a business traveler see more value in the basic necessities (reliable wifi, accommodating staff and excellent food in the conciergelounge).
Nice, affordablehotel in the heart of the city. Overlooks Angel of Independence - one of the most important places in Mexico... like the Statue of Liberty. Nice room, good food, perfect hospitality.
The showers in this hotel are totally not impressive. Lack of pressure and inconsistent temperature. The bathroom was small and the room was outdated. The staff is friendly and the food was OK.
Old and expensivehotel not worth the stay, it lives from the old good times but is evident that those days are over. The only good thing is where it's located
Old worn out hotel. Dirty corners everywhere, can't live up to its category standards. There is nothing that's actually worth the money. Stay away if you can.
Don’t waste your@money! Need to be updated urgently. No internet in rooms???? Are we back in 2000? How can you not provide internet to guests? Rooms are awful
Bad service at check in my room is not ready and i must wait 40min while waiting could not connect to internet because ck in agent did not provide the room #
Yesterday, had no internet… Tonight, 00:20 I arrived in my apartment after 30 minutes in the lobby waiting for a broken elevator…unbelievable what is happening in this Sheraton!!!! >.<
Cerca y seguro.
