It's huge, with different rooms for fitness sessions, not only lifting weight or cardio machines. So recommendable. As usual, avoid the peak hours (it's open 24/7!), if not it's the hell.

Equipment is great, lots of space. Unfortunately, it gets very crowded, too. I also don't like working out in basements with no window :/ But otherwise a great gym.

Impossible not to love the value for the money of this gym. Don't expect vip treatment or available machines on rush hours, though.

Open 24h. Ultra cheap. Easy and friendly. All kinds of people, no pressure. But mostly ultra cheap. You won't find another gym for those prices. Read more

The HIIT course on Thursdays at 10:00 is a good cardio and core course.

Be careful with your belongings: within the five minutes I showered, someone stole my shoes. As there aren't cameras in the locker rooms, it seems people loose respect for others.

Music gets shittier by day. Looks like they dig up worst metal/rnb they can possibly find. Brace yourselves for a few hours of wailing and whining, or songs like "ass ass ass ass ass ass".

Super entspannte Atmosphäre. 24/7/365 ist sehhhhhr praktisch. Vorbei die Zeiten, als die Tussen im Studio dämlich guckten, wenn ich Sonntag 2 Std. vor Ladenschluss trainieren kam.

Manchmal etwas voll und dann muss man an dem einen oder anderen Gerät auch mal ne Minute warten. Nicht so toll ist dann, wie heute, der mangelnde Platz in der Umkleide und die Schlange an der Dusche.

Preis-Leistung passt optimal. Dass man 24/7 trainieren kann, gibt extra Pluspunkte. Angenehme Mischung an Leuten.

Wettbewerb par excellance. Doktrin heißt hier: zu viel Gewicht draufpacken um unsauber und mit dem größtmöglichen Schwung trainieren zu können. Chapeau.

Die Belüftung unten im Freihantelbereich lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig - ich rede ja nicht von Klimaanlage - ich rede von Sauerstoff!
