    Overall a good hotel in a small city, they don't have a gym but you get free access to a close by gym.

    Very bad customer service. Such a arrogant staff they have there. All the staff don't know how to communicate in English and they underestimate Malaysian people.

    Been here 5+ times
    Beware of this hotel. There's no security tv nor guards/dogs at this hotel. Due to some privacy thing (?). I got my bag stolen from the reception. I've a police report to prove it.
