Been here 5+ times
While older, I rate this HI higher than the Crown Plaza next to the airport. Decent rooms, good public spaces, better food and drink, friendlier staff. Even a pool table! Check in/out fully automated.

Awesome staff and fun and exciting meeting spaces. Bring a jacket, rooms can be very cold. Outside terrace also a fantastic spot.

Brussels, home of Stella Artois! Get a Stella and the 18yr Glenlivet Scotch whiskey. The 18 is 1 euro more than the 15, and worth it.

Pool and sauna are nice, but food is pricey, they really take advantage of its relatively isolated location. €23 for food in pic, and €6 for the beer.

be prepared shower water pressure is really weak, dont count on washing your hair... Take a warm pyjamas with you. Its cold here...wifi is weak at reception area. No city map at the reception.

Pricey hotel takibg into consideration the service level. Always ask forfurthest room from the elevator. Airconditionibg/heating is not really working but it sounds like a truck is going in your room.

Taxis from airport not willing to take you to the hotel by meter rate. Be prepared to pay close to 20 eur for a 5 min ride, if not less.

Nettes Hotel, Bus um 4:40 gar nicht gekommen oder nur draußen gestanden. Der nächste Bus verspätet der Fahrer ist gleich 2x ins Hotel gerannt und 10 Minuten verspätet abgefahren. Geht gar nicht.
