Angel NemovJanuary 2, 2015NEVER AGAIN. It is the most arrogant place I have ever been around the world. We went to have some tea and the staff informed us that if we are not guests of the hotel there is a "fee" for just enteri- Very nice and friendly lady, servicing at the spa fresh bar!

- The service is much worse than last year - reception: not helpful! We waited one hour for the main course at Come Prima restaurant, etc...

Адски скъпо, малка бутилка вода е 7лв, предлагат само Евиен. В стаите е студено. Пускаш парното, няма затопляне. На вратата се звъни в 4следобяд и някакъв иска да провери консумацията ви от минибара!
