Clean and comfortable, views of the park are superb. Recommend getting a room on the higher floor for a better view. Only negative was we had a problem getting the air conditioner to work.

Outdated gloomy rooms.More of a motel than a 4*+ hotel. Best part is the excellent efficient friendly staff .Theor breakfast also is heaven for healthy food concious people , variety and quality&price

We enjoyed our stay here for Easter, however the air conditioning doesn't work until May, so the room was pretty warm...

Espectacular! Perfecto para viajeros que le gusta el diseño y a 3 calles de la Puerta de Alcalá y frente al parque Retiro. Estás a 5 minutos a pie del centro de la ciudad. Disfrútalo con desayuno.

La ducha tiene dos grifos. El de arriba es para seleccionar la salida del agua y el de abajo para regular temperatura. Importante no confundir :-)

Un hotel de cuatro estrellas donde te rellenan las botellas de Solan de Cabras con agua de grifo... ¿Nos toman por tontos? Amén de una comida eufemísticamente mediocre. No lo recomiendo.
