They have a huge problem with ventilation, the air in the room is extremely dry and no possibility to decrease the heat. I believe it was around 30 degrees in the room. It was smelly in the bathroom.

They cannot afford bigger TV even in the luxury room. Really dissapointed about the room.

The place is nice, clean and new. Food is not impressive, the service is interesting - one waiter has dirty nails, the other is walking around scratching his balls :)

Beware: staff absolutely unflexible, big disappointment: they won't let us in as we arrived 55 mins before they close.

The restaurant on the 8th floor is really awful: bad dishes and terrible service.

Terrible service, for checkout reserve at least 49 minutes. During you stay service man can come without any warning.

Цены на СПА как в Мск. Вентиляция плохая, можно оставить открытое окно, но есть возможность простыть. Еда супер. Аквапарк, бани супер!

Еда стала значительно лучше - неплохой выбор, разнообразие каждый день, и вкусно.

Номера весьма симпатичные, всё живое и работает, нет необходимости двигать мебель для добраться до розеток. Одно но: никакая вентиляция. Только если открыть окно, что зимой может быть слабо применимо.

Šaunus kompleksas, bet švediško stalo vakarienė buvo ypatingai skurdi. Vegetarai galėjo rinktis tik tarp virtų daržovių ir salotų...
