Rustic brewery pub. Meeting point for locals and tourists. Great in the summertime when everyone drinks his Altbier outside in front of the Uerige.
Get yor Altbier fix here at this traditional private brewery. Dare to order water and see what happens if you are really brave.

Great although beer. Plus twice a year (third Tuesday in January and October) they serve a special brew, the sticke. Which is really good as well and worth a try.

Honestly you may or may not like altbier - lots of people find it tastes rather too sweet to even consider it a beer, of just a lady's beer. The place is interesting and really local, though.
Try the sticke on second tuesdays in feb. And oct. Also be sure to give the toiletstaff a tip to receive a free eucalyptusdrop.

Olga SigalaevaMay 28, 2018Rude waiters, no cards accepted, the rule is that if you don't cover your glass they bring you another beer, which is pretty pushy. Or and glasses are very dirty, lipstick and stains on mine.
