I had a very good experience with the reception stuff- especially a gentleman called David. Huge hotel with many guests so it can feel like a dormitory but great location - convenient for city tours

Very nice hotel,room is clean and cosy,breakfast is great and the metro station is right outside the hotel, 2 stops away from the city centre.

good located, exactly infront of metro station, the guests are ususlly old tourists, weak WiFi inside rokms but overally a good hotel with kind staff

Grat location, close to public transports. Comfortable bed and pillows. Very friendly staff. The place lacks the quietness though. Can hear everything from the corridor, air system is very loud.

Yes, I know that the weather is super bad today and there are much more people in the hotel than expected.. But to wait 50 min for a soup... Oh wow!

Very bad xperience to stay here bcause the staff so unpolite!Im stuck in the elevtr >10mnt with 6ppl 6lugg and the elevtr note for 13ppl 1000kg,after evacuated the staff blame us overweight,so sucks!

So crowded and old. But if you are visiting Vienna without a tour, stations are so close, you dont have to carry your lagguages so long thats the advantage of this place.

be careful, you are not allowed to sit on the floor in the lobby while all the chairs are taken and you are waiting 30+ minutes for your room.

Don't stay here. This is one of the worst hotel I have visited. Black mold in the showers, broken ac, huge holes in the carpet with towels thrown over them and the worst customer service ever!!!!

Metroya çok yakın, temiz ve güzel bir otel. Otelin heryerinden internete girmek mümkün ve ücretsiz. Kahvaltıda idare eder. Otel yakınında marketler ve yeme/içme yerleri mevcut.
