they're upgrading the Internet on the second floor for the next few weeks so just be mindful and try to get a different floor.

if you need taxi fare or petty cash (like for tipping) they're really good about giving you local currency and adding it to your bill.

Good lunch buffet at Olive's at a decent price. However avoid ordering soft drinks. They are not included and cost more than 3 euros per small bottle.

It's just getting older and older.Most of the service staff are unpleasant unless you're a foreigner.In total the experience was bad :/

Breakfast would have been nicer if the staff working here didn't have attitude. They were disorganised and rude.

Bad service. Two out of five had cards that did not work and were sent up and down in the lift a dozen times before the doors opened. Also paid for one king size bed and ended up with a twin single..
