Sam SNovember 28, 2015Walking into my room was like walking into the 70s. The decorations reminded me of generations passed. If you accept it for what it is, this hotel is great. Good location in Sofia and friendly staff.

The rooms and corridors could do with a makeover, feels a little tired and dog eared, but a good choice for Sofia.

Amazingly comfortable beds, perfect location, old grandeur & excellent service (friendliest staff around). A favorite!!

I like it even though wifi is bad (well in all the rooms I was in :)

Sheraton is no longer Sheraton, It's Sofia Hotel Balkan. The service is far from 5 start hotel. Only positive thing is the location. It doesnt worth it in my opinion.
Good location for events, conference personnel not too kind...
