    Hotel Internet: slow for international & fast for mainland China. Bad reception for both China Mobile & China Unicom inside rooms (only EDGE) but good in public area (alway LTE with full strength)

    Best customer service I have had in 2 years in hotels after traveling through China in two years. Also Blue Frog American grill next door is great!

    Secret tip: the handicap bathroom near the elevator bank is always vacant. Good for kids.

    大冬天的房间冷气坏了、大堂的人居然说是过了供暖季节。房间里的温暖妈的跟大街上一样的。叫他换房他居然换个普通房再说退一点儿差价！有病的这酒店。花钱来感受北京严冬的吗？最过分的是在投诉的时候她说白天冷晚上就不冷了。只能说呵呵！呵呵的意思就是：QNMB！

    Отель СУПЕР! На твердые 5 ЗВЕЗД!!! Завтрак очень все вкусно+ бассейн+зал с тренажерами!!! Место рассположения удобное! Рекомендую!!!

    Завтраки очень хороши, бассейн с раздельной сауной м/ж, но wifi платный, провод с интернетом тоже платный и весьма дорогой.

    Весьма неприятно для отеля 5* в стране с дешевым интернетом иметь не только платный вай фай в номерах, но и платный проводной интернет!
