Food here is SPICY in the best way possible. Get refills on the vegetable basket (pictured) to help cool your tongue. Order the AMAZING sweet rice milk to really cool your mouth.

Great $49 fixed price menu of small northern Thai plates. More than enough food, great service and every dish was solid. Try it even if the description may not appeal

It's all fixed and served family-style. Each dish is delivered with perfect timing so as to cool your palette after a few spicy bites. I left reaching for my Tums, but a true fan. Read more

Great setting, the menu is amazing and changes weekly. The food can be spicy but it’s not too spicy to enjoy

Come with an open palate; the seven-course, family-style menu does not allow for any changes. Then brace yourself for a joyride as fresh lime juice & lemongrass mix with dried chiles, peanuts & mint. Read more

Very very spicy, but very, very good. If you can't handle the spicy too well (like me), they have a sweet rice milk (condensed milk, sticky rice, vanilla). Don't be afraid to ask for it.

Bring someone to wait with you in line (preferably someone who loves spicy) and you're sure to have a great dining experience. The servers are super helpful and friendly, too.

Pray that there’s laap on the menu (the spicy minced-meat salad is almost always there) and get ready to start downing that Singha. Read more

Be ready to eat a lot of food. Family style shared plates. Menu changes every week and there are no substitutions, but it's so worth it. Try their ice cardamom coffee after your meal - delish!

Wow. On my prix fixe menu, everything was amazing. Tom kha, glass noodles, pork ribs. Get a glass of bubbly or rosé to cut the spicy oils.

Food was awesome!!! As were the drink pairings. I am enamored. My wife has already scheduled a return trip for next month. The chef is an artist, his/her food the kind you are instantly drawn to.

I love this place from the decor to the food. But, I'm pretty sure it lit my mouth on fire and it didn't stop. I'm glad they have milk on the menu.

Skip the alcohol and get the rice milk. Perfect balance to the spicy dishes. Skip altogether if you are picky or have food allergies. Amazing experience for the adventurous.

This underground, 28-seat restaurant specializes in the hot, sour and herby notes of northeastern Thailand, doesn't take reservations and offers only a seven-course, family-style menu.

How long is the wait? If you’re standing in line when the doors open at 5 p.m. you’re likely to make the first seating. Too early? Sixty to 90 minutes during the week; up to three hours on weekends. Read more
