Great gym.great staff.lovely atmosphere... not as crowded as other branches
I wish their evening classes had more variety for those of us who can't do morning Pilates because we have to work.
Try the balance cafe next door. 20% disc for fitness first members. Great for those who are into Ayurveda.
After the Gym go to Balance wellness 360, it's just next to fitness first. They have the best Spa in Dubai
For those saying its ladies only gym. There's a separate section for men :>
Horrible 45 minute body pump classes (express) where women reserve spots for like 7 friends who are late, hate that it's competitive even during workouts

Zumba is fun if u like Latino music and shaking ur ass :)
- My trainer says: Fitness is like brushing your teeth, you can't just not to do it.
