    The food is exceptional,you start with all the amuse bouche and you finish with an amazing selection of desserts.The ambiance is great with a great view of Columbus Circle. They make you feel special!

    Highly rec salon seating, salmon croquette starter, caviar and uni upgrade, foie gras, truffle tagliatelle upgrade, wagyu beef upgrade, and the raspberry macaroons. Honesty everything is amazing!

    310 menu with 3 glasses of wine ended up around $500. Exceptional service, but little 'wow' factors from the food. Love the beef, halibut and egg custard with white truffle oil. Ask for a kitchen tour

    You can't go wrong with anything here, but the Butter Poached Lobster is especially delicious. Insiders know that the salon offers the opportunity to order as few as one or two dishes à la carte.

    Coming for lunch allows a choice of a 5 or 7-course tasting, and views of Columbus Circle in sunlight. The Oysters and Pearls continues to be their signature dish.

    Dinner will take over 3 hours but patience goes a long way. Favorites were the first course, oysters and pearls. The dessert - warm cinnamon donuts and coffee will give you the perfect buzz.

    Even if you don't like a food item, you may love how they prepare it here. I give them my allergy list in advance and then am not picky about what comes out. Always impressive. Please dress up!

    The tasting menu is the way to go. They are very strict about the jacket policy so beware. I took mine off in the lobby due to the AC non working well and got glared at.

    The menus are unique daily, so if you're fortunate enough to experience Per Se on multiple occasions, you'll never have quite the same meal twice. Oh and that view of Central Park doesn't hurt either. Read more

    Ate at saloon part which offers the ala carte menu. Requested an excellent kitchen tour. Think other 3 Michelin star restaurants are better than Per Se though

    By far one of the best executed restaurants in NYC. From the food to the menu- everything is impeccably done. Take it all in and enjoy the ruby beet sorbet and asparagus tofu if it's on the menu

    For those of you that cannot make the pilgrimage to French Laundry in Yountville, this culinary destination is worth the trip. Go big and order the 10 course with the wine pairing!

    The restraunt is very close to my apartment. We both had the chefs tasting menu. It is good to sample an assorted menu. The total bill was around $300.00.
