I think we were satisfied with everything (view, room, service), except the breakfast. I love nature, especially birds but I hate when some pigeons or cock sparrow flu around my food.

The hotel is an old renovated mansion that was built in the 17th century. The expanded it by adding the theater to be part of the hotel. The lobby is trendy yet very authentic. Location is a big plus!

Private gondola pier overlooking the magnificent church of “Santa Maria della Salute” and sits beside the renowned 1931 Harry’s Bar, home of the “Bellini” cocktail.

Very close to St Marco and WaterBusses. Avoid to stay in first floor. Nice and comfortable bed and smiley crew

Beautiful view to the Grand Canal. You should try Bellini here. They say, that Hemingway used to write here sitting and drinking :)

Stopped here for drinks and a quiet view over the water and gondolas. The service is adorable. Beware the pigeons!

Nice breakfast! Room 201 has a view on san marco square, if you are on your knees. :-)
