The decor was excellent! Very modern and artistic with the highest level of comfort. Roof top terrace is simply amazing. Facilities are stunning. Staff are great. Fantastic location in Madrid.

Very cool rooftop!!! With a bar and chairs to take sun! The decorations of the rooms is amazing! And the location is perfect on the gran via! Ask for a room highest possibl and with a view to gran via

Rude inattentive staff in a bar it takes forever to get a drink in because they are hiding. Rooms good though. 3 star playing at 4 star.

Чудесный отель, стильный номер, балкончик-терраса с видом на город, на центральную улицу Мадрида Gran Via, несмотря на ранний прилет заселили только в 14:00. 2 сдвинутых кровати вместо 1 большой:(

Consigliabile anche se l'arredamento è un po' kitsch e strano! La posizione centrale e la gentilezza del personale sono impagabili! Poi pulito e bagno super!

Completamente reformado. el baño fantástico, la cama grande y cómoda. si no quieres ruido de Gran Vía mjor los últimos pisos.El Capitol de la misma cadena, junto a Callao, está bastante mejor.notable.

Да все вобщем то нормально, но запах! Зачем то отель считает, что классно иметь свой фирменный запах дешевых благовоний и этот запах выветривается с трудом

El hotel no está mal, pero la cama que me ha tocado es una piedra y la atención es discreta. Mucho más aconsejable el Vinci Capitol también en la Gran Vía cerca de Callao.
