- herm pugayApril 7, 2015I have not tried the restaurant downstairs but upstairs is a fun space for the high end event that I attended. Nice indoor bar and lounge area is well as an outdoor patio area.
- Assuming you already will order the xiao long bao, the dan dan noodle is the next must-order item! Perfect bounce in the noodles, great heat, rich flavor.
- _November 30, 2014The best xiao long baos I've ever had (but $9 for 4 pieces...) - hope the quality was not a fluke! If that's true, the quality is better than Din Tai Fung in Taiwan, but not the price.
- Abbey KeckFebruary 8, 2017The Beef Tenderloin with Black Pepper sauce was really good, as was the sweet and sour pork and the Peking duck. Get the Japanese mochi for dessert!
- _January 14, 2015The amazing Xiao Long Baos I had the first time here were definitely a fluke. Came back and the quality dropped immensely. Tried other dishes as well - still do not think it is worth the price.
- KarstenMarch 5, 2015Fantastic xiaolongbao, har gao, shu mai, and those egg yolk custard buns (even if they do look like tangerines!)
- KarstenMarch 29, 2015Eggplant, egg custard buns, and anything from the dim sum! Order the Peking duck, but if you're a former Beijinger/food snob, skip it
- Elynn LeeMay 23, 2016Unsure if it was because it was a Sunday, but they told us that Peking duck would only be ready for dinner at 7pm. Plan accordingly!
- Andy WangDecember 9, 2014Great ambience. Gives Hakkasan a run for the money in the fancy Chinese food category
- Elynn LeeMay 23, 2016Peking duck was only ok. Skin wasn't very crispy, & pancakes were undercooked/doughy - tore while server wrapped them. Making the remaining duck into soup is $10 extra. Soup was really yummy, though!
- Chris H.March 15, 2015Beautiful views of the Bay. Peking Duck was great, prepared table side just like in Beijing.
- Terri MeadMarch 3, 2016Bar service was excellent. Christopher was delightfully friendly. Food was served quickly and was tasty.
- Edward KFebruary 22, 2015Food is superb...but the main point of failure this restaurant faces is a western style management servicing customers expecting an authentic Chinese dining experience. #smh
- JingyanJune 28, 2015Xiao long Bao and Peking duck! Hmmm... Singaporean chili crab is next on my list
- Sarah EFebruary 28, 2015Dont eat any of the happy hour bar items! Its all pretty bad and literally each item is deep fried!
- Pepper crab is pricey but good. Ours at "market price" came out to $58.
- Kai LoDecember 27, 2014Dim Sum is authentic, but really expensive. Can't justify the additional costs. Heavy on the msg.
- Jacy LiFebruary 13, 2017Over-priced dim sum! Stir fried Pea-shoots costs $18! And the dim sum served was not even warm :(
- LisaMay 15, 2015Ordered the hainanese chicken from the to-go counter. It doesn't live up to the expectation of the original Crystal Jade I tried in Asia. Disappointed.
- Anne LaporteFebruary 14, 2016Worse service esperience ever! Guys, check your reviews, and work on them! Your food is good, but your service!
- Chris EdwardsJanuary 31, 2015Food was overpriced and the service was shockingly bad. Staff hardly knew their own menu.
