Diana N.March 25, 2013This was a great hotel in a great part of the city (Polanco). I was scared to go to Mexico for my first time, but i felt safe here. Great lobby and bar, 7 restaurants. Close to shops and restaurants.

Rosy COctober 18, 2017Great food! Housekeeping though, doesn't care if you tell them you don't want your room clean. They will come back and disturb you 16 times. The big lock doesn't intimidate them either.

Busy hotel with some very good restaurants on premises. Get the room with view of the park. No swimming pool though :-(

Well located, good rooms though a bit loud if adjacent rooms are occupied. One of the best macarons I've ever tried!

PVGJanuary 23, 2015Nice building, good views.... But they were not able to fix a daily flooding from the shower to sink/closet area... 3 days in a row I reported this, even with photos and they did nothing.

It is possible to order vegetarian Salad and vegetarian club sandwich in the evening, even though its not on menu!
Updated rooms, excellent service, multiple dining options.
Some people are more "on top" than others, but the view is always breath-taking... 😏

La renovación del hotel era urgente, las habitaciones quedaron muy lindas, la ubicación es inmejorable, caminando llegas a la zona de restaurantes de Polanquito, pero ahí mismo encuentras muy buenos

Muy bonita la remodelación, el detalle de los chapulines en los cojines y el vidrio inteligente es increíble. Exelente servicio y muy buena comida
El trato de los colaboradores y realmente descansas el desayuno es muy bueno disfrute mucho mi estancia

Recientemente fue remodelado, su centro de convenciones es de los mejores en la zona, pero lo mejor son todos y cada uno de sus restaurantes
Ambiente relajado, cómodo. Cierran a la 1 am. Se pone bien los jueves.

Cuenta con excelentes instalaciones y restaurantes. Mi recomendación es Chapulín, increíble comida oaxaqueña.
