You can hardly ever imagine something better than Uilliam's signature breakfast. It's just perfect.

Non-smoking, cool environment, well versed concept.
The best place to chill and meeting with friends.
The food here is ever so exquisite as always. But the service has gone dramatically bad recently. The servers speak very poor English or at least pretend to not to speak one.
