My favorite city. Kayaking between the islands, eating and watching salmon, seeing eagles and bears... extraordinary. Old Harbor Bookstore is a wonderful place to get a book!

You need to take a 10 minute shuttle to downtown from where the cruise ships arrive. Beautiful town!!

Go on one of the trails! They are gorgeous! Also visit the Sitka Sound Science Center, it's wonderful!
