It's a perfectly nice hotel with good service. The rooms are clean and newly-decorated. The Wifi is quick. It's about 30-40 dirhams to the mall and DXB, so if you have a short layover, stay here.
Japanese restaurant on second floor offers reasonably priced (139aed) buffet with good selection of sashimi, sushi and teppanyaki and includes free flow soft drinks. Friendly helpfull filipino staff.
Saturday international lunch buffet on the entire restaurant floor except the Persian restaurant. Food is decent but the true winner is the kid’s entertainment provided- cooking classes and playroom!
Food selections are GREAT! Staff are amazingly accommodating. Poor lighting on the food, less sushi selection, not much live cooking stations. Some stations are somewhat hidden on the far side corner
It’s a nice hotel, the rooms are big and the Internet is good, just don’t expect to be blown away. It’s about 30-40 dirhams from DXB and the Dubai Mall, so for short stays it’s not so bad.
