It’s very nice and lovely! If you want a lovely and fancy hotel where you and your family will be spoiled then this is the place to be! It’s even great for kids. I would 100% recommend.

Location is 9/10 I highly recommend Sofitel worldwide.- General ambience is great. Ask for a palm view room. Expect to relax. In Maui beach rest. try us burger. Try porter house. Call center is not helpful enough. i needed HDMI CABLE and they didnt supply
Anna StrausJuly 20, 2015You can spend an afternoon at the pool here for 150 AED with 100 redeemable for drinks or food. The staff in the restaurant is clueless though..Took them 45 mins to figure out what is balsamic vinegar

MashailSeptember 14, 2019Nice place for families, couples and solo travelers. Nice seating area outdoor. The breakfast was okay;I’ve seen better for such a luxury hotel. The staff was very friendly.
The hotel beach has a view of Burj Al Arab. The suites are very spacious and they have a golf cart service to take you to your room.

Abdulrahman …December 5, 2014I have stayed in many resorts in Dubai, however Sofitel absolutely amazing and the best one so far, stylish and beautifully designed. Details were impressive vertical gardens and more than 5 pools!

Rachel KJanuary 5, 2020Nice and comfortable rooms with horrifically bad service across the board (front desk, pool, restaurants). Only good if you have young kids. Would not come back to this Sofitel location.
