Even tough this authentic place isn’t very cheap, you can go for all the “classics” in the menu.“Profiterol” being my personal favorite, you can try “rokoko”, “adasibaba” or another famous “kup griye”

Kup Griye: vanilla ice-cream + caramel ice-cream + honey almonds + caramel + whipped cream + pistachio + biscuit. Perfect with strong turkish coffee.

It's really disappointing that Istanbul's oldest patisserie offers such ordinary pastries. As with İnci Profiterol relies nothing but on "history". No complexity at taste and texture.
