If you were only visiting for one day, you can stop by the Schonbrunn Palace and take the Grand Tour for an hour, then roam around its vast garden, and finally spend the day in its city center!

High prices as for inhabitants of eastern Europe. But a lot of free features: free of charge entrance, wc, wifi without password around historical places, good prices for a long time attending.

Welcome to Vienna! If you've come here by plane and have fallen for the CAT commercials at the airport, don't make this mistake when you go back. The regular "S-Bahn" is almost as fast and costs € 1/3

The city is spectacular & marvelous except tourist robbery, shouldn't be such a scandal at all. Beware own stuff & belongings, otherwise you'll get a tragical trip for your perfect vacation instead.

Wanna escape the heat? I recommend "Krapfenwaldbad" an open air pool with a breath taking of Vienna! Take tube "U4" (green line) to Heiligenstadt (end station) then the bus-line 38A till the end.

Vienna is rather laid-back compared to my home city (Amsterdam), but it's a wonderful city in winter, with one of the most beautiful Christmas markets I've ever been to. Very relaxed atmosphere.

Best city in which I have been so far, excellent public transport, lots of green areas, plenty of cultural events.

Quiet residential area. Streets change direction often. Pay attention to signs.

Perfect weather now to discover the green hills around Vienna. Take the bus 38A from Heiligenstadt to Cobenzl and stroll to "Agnesbründel/Jägerwiese". Enjoy nature, view and have a rest their!

Friendly, helpful staff and awesome tour offerings! Go for the classic "Grape Grazing" tour for a unique chance to visit the famous Wachau wine region by bike--a perfect day out!

Vienna's architecture is breathtaking. Most of the many museums are worth a visit. Finally, make sure to go to a café and have a Sacher torte

Palais Niederösterreich has been recently refurbished and is open to the public during exhibitions and fairs

The city is pretty beautiful 😱 and you gonna find a lot of thing to do, example, go out to see the parks, to shopping and eat out! Amazing cut!

Book an opera

Take the train S7 from the train station "Landstraße" to the airport for EUR 4,40. It's threetimes cheaper and lasts only 7 min longer.

Stroll around the city centre, go to Volksgarten or Burggarten, sit on s bench or in the lawn and have a nap ;-)

Full of historical places! a little bit expensive. Enjoyed a lot during my visit.

My neighbor Capital: for a switch from Hungarian nonchalance to Austrian chic just take RJ/IC and after 2.5 h journey check in Topazz hotel and dinner at Fabios.

Don't pass by an afternoon in Prater and a Figlmuller snitzl. Very nice town but in total really expensive
