Great food. We ate lunch last December 24 and the food was great. The service was also great. Chris is the one who assist as during our lunch and he did a very good job.

Good hotel and good service. For breakfast we had every day the same, but for short stays its good choice next to metro station. In downtown you will be in 10 mins. 😊

Restaurant needs improvements in terms of service. Apprentices are evidently too young and inexperienced.

Wi-fi is only available in the lobby which is very poor. Breakfast is horrible. The worst hotel ever I have stayed. It does not worth more than 10€.

Very old rooms, very bad breakfast. Does not deserve 4 *. Wi-Fi is free only at the lobby. You have to pay 3 euros per Day for the Wifi at your Room.

Just don't... Believe me. Awful Wi-Fi (only on reception), awful conditioner and awful refrigerator. Humble breakfast. 2.5*, not 4*.

STAY AWAY. This is more a 2* than 4* hotel. Old, dirty and ugly rooms. Huge noisy organized groups and long queues for breakfast. Rude staff. No free Wifi in rooms. They don't provide complaint forms

Новый и большой отель в котором постоянно кипит жизнь. В номерах есть всё что нужно и ни в чем не возникает нужды. Рядом метро, но сам район бедноват на рестораны и магазины.

Otelin metro ha çok yakın. . Haje yönüne gidecek kırmızı hatla museum İstasyonunda inerseniz eski ( old town) bölgenin olduğu yere 10 dakika gidebilirsiniz. Otelin odaları rahat. Kahvaltı güzel.

Хорошая гостиница! Довольно новая. Метро совсем рядом! Тут же торговый центр. Номера просторные, а главное чистые. Завтрак не слишком, но наешься)

Вайфай - что-то страшное: если людей на рецепшне больше десяти, то ничерта не ловится. Номера - максимум 3 звезды. Рядом есть супермаркет и метро.

Отель средний. На 4 звезды не тянет, на тройку самое оное. В проживание включают фитнес и бассейн (у нас было бесплатно). Комнатки старенькие с ремонтом на скорую руку, но уютные.

Informovanost obsluhy na úrovni 4. cenové skupiny! Objednal jsem si u číšníka espresso a byl jsem dotázán, jestli chci piccolo nebo presso - výběr ze dvou "druhů" kávy, které neexistují! Palec dolů :(

Colorcitos horribles en todo el hotel, la comida es insipida y mi cuarto olia ligeramente a humedad. Tiene cuadros de Bon Jovi y varios mas de decoracion (asquito). Estacion de metro a unos pasos.

Tragicka a neprijemna obsluha, bal jsem se slečny požadat o pití. Hnusna pizza z kečupu za 145 (pardon ale grosseto ma taky) a rozmrazeny burger.

Bar si hraje na luxus. 2x Cola a 2x Morgan za 410 korun mi fakt připadá na díru jako je Prosek a v paneláku docela dost

Odalar çok iyi degil. Bardaklar yıkanmıyor. Odalarda wifi yok. Teknik destek hızlı. Kahvaltı Türkler için pek uygun degil

Какая Четверка!!!???Тут ею и не пахнет.Душ в номере 15 ужасен,вовремя мытья кажется,что он должен вот вот свалиться Вам на голову.А также кровати: они совсем не Кинг Сайс и не двуспальные.

большой муравейник. check out в 10 утра вместо 12, лифты маленькие, работают медленно. Не тянет на 4 звезды никак, уверенная трешка

Была с туром, сама сюда не поеду. На 4 звезды не тянет. Wi-fi в номере не ловит. Завтрак до 10 часов. Обстановка как в общаге.

Пиво в баре в 3 раза дороже, чем в баре рядом с метро. Не поленитесь, сходите в Belle - там приятнее.
