Loved my stay here! Rooms are good and comfy, stuff very helpful . The only minor thing is really poor wifi . Rest was great !

WiFi is very slow, especially at the evening, for such an expensive hotel it's a shame. Soundproof of the walls sucks.

Среди всех отелей Алматы - самая вкусная и свежая кухня! Вышколенный персонал. Обслуживание и сервис на высоте. Однако отелю пора обновить оборудование и пройти реновацию.

Kahvaltısı oldukça güzel, erken kalkmaya değer 👍🏻havyarsız asla kahvaltı yapamam diyenler bile aç çıkmaz o kahvaltı salonundan :))
