Crossfit is the way to go if u want quick results, their ladies trainer Salma is wonderful, breaks everything down for u to make sure u get it and do it the right way

One of the most hardcore Box I've been to. Very experienced coaches and motivation is just flying around. Highly recommended

Went last week. Toilets were wet! Shoes next to the entrance, randomly. Place was not welcoming. No one at the reception....
