Best location in batumi - very good spa and pools -it has a turkish restaurant with delicious foods - rooms are good and have a good space and view - but the room servises is too bad for top 5* hotel

Looks amazing however our tv didnt work properly and there was a shower problem . But the views were breath taking❤️

The room is well suited with a very comfortable mattress. Staff is friendly. But they only accept cash and credit card not $/€.

A very unpleasant experience.When we arrived the room was literally freezing,it took a while to get it heated. They also forgot to bring pizza and juice that we ordered before arrival and had paid for

Muhteşem bir otel hafta sonu daha bi çılgın oluyor casinosunda güzel vakit geçirebilirsiniz kıbrıstan daha large denebilir. Ayrıca pasaporta gerek yok.

Otel çok temiz mekanlarda pazarlık mutlaka yapın fiyatlar çok değişken tuturabildiğne gidiyor Batum ufak ama hızla değişiyor döviz artışı herşeyin fiyatını yükseltmiş

Современные номера, хороший интернет. Номера лучше чем в Шератон, просторней и светлей. Ванна со стеклянной стеной и панорамой Батуми это вообще восторг!

Хороший отель. Просторные номера. Убираются отлично. Неплохой спа-салон. Советую. До часа массажист-мужчина. С часу-Ия, она молодец!

Yastıkları çok ince tutmuşlar. Temiz bir otel. Konum iyi. Yemekleri ve kahvaltısı yıldız sayısına göre çok vasat ve lezzeti zayıf. 2-3yıldız gibi düşünün. Kumarhanesi olması çok iyi.

Воду,полотенца, щетки ставят/меняют только по запросу, room service несли чай около часа,после 3-х звонков, оплату просят при заезде, завтр скудный, могли бы побольше выпечки,сосисок,молочных прод-в
