Comfortable rooms with a lot of comforts, clean enough but a bit expensive most of the hotel products , especially the bar and the Internet .

Beautiful hotel,good location.Nice room&workers,Harrys bar is good.Very cheap breakfest,hated it.Cant stand to hams smell,its heavy!Have seen way better brkfst.5🌟 hotel shouldnt give brkfst like this

Stayed for 2 nights. One of the best hotels I've been to. The only problem is that it is not very close to the sightseeing places in Berlin but the metro station is 9 mins away from the hotel.

Check the special promos on their website!!! Breakfast now real value for money and you can't get it anywhere else! I trade that off for the internet access anytime :-)

Rooms are a bit "old-style" and some time you feel here like beginning of 2000-s. But warm floor in a bathroom reminds you that it is still Sheraton

There is not any hotel any more left without free internet. You pay hundreds for room and breakfast and they ask extra cost for Internet. Not nice

From a Grand Hotel with this pricing I expect much more from the conference service. Lunch buffet was no fresh cuisine :-(

Pretty poor gym equipment. Cable connection Internet not working. No technical support crew available. Business center is a joke! Not worth the money really.

A really bad T-Mobile access, almost impossible to make a phone call, umts not functional. Otherwise, it does what it promisses.

Ein absolut tolles Hotel. Angenehme Atmosphäre, freundliches Personal. Allerdings sollte kostenfreies WLAN im Jahr 2014 Standard sein. Alternativ kann man auch kostengünstig am Kuh'damm frühstücken.

Otel genel olarak güzel , lokasyonu iyi , Kudamm a metroyla 2 durak .Sadece kahvaltısı bence berbat ..Doğru düzgün hiç bir sey yok ... Bu yıldızda bi otelden insan daha iyisini bekliyor..
