- Alina Maatjes-SiletskayaMay 10, 2013Stunning huge cave of great beauty. You will get there by 2km train track and will be guided around the pathway. In the end of the tour you also get to see underground river. Amazing experience!Upvoted 2 weeks ago
- Gizem ZOctober 29, 2017Feel like in a fantastic world. Totally amazing experience, will never forget. Must see this incredible cave&human fish. Entrance fee was 27 Eur, tour takes around 1,5-2 hr. Get your coat, cold inside
- Mark LiuOctober 27, 2018Wow like wow. Epic cave must visit. For families with kids bring foldable strollers. The aquarium was good also. Last tour at 4pm. The guide might treat you to a song.
- Se7enthAngelJanuary 2, 2018Highlight for us was at the end of the tour when there a surprise performance by a saxophonist playing wondrous Christmas tunes. In a world full of divine limestone sculptures, music sounded magical.
- JernejAugust 8, 2015The cave is amazing, a bit expensive but still worth the money. Make sure you have some warm clothes. Avoid restaurants around, nothing special and way overpriced.
- Two Boots and a FarwaAugust 25, 2017Gorgeous, well worth the visit if you like caves and the like. Our guide was funny too, and there's a nice train ride in and out too.
- Alexandra W.FAugust 3, 2013Very expensive but very professional organisation and service: excellent guides in many languages, waiting time, entrance organization, fotos... The cave is awesome
- Cyntia ReyesJune 12, 2021Amazingly beautiful! Huge cave, friendly tour guide, tour audio available in many languages. Parking at the place (5€ I think). Human fish amazing creatures. Highly recommend visit this place
- Michael Fox-RabinovitzSeptember 5, 2017Absolutely a phenomenal experience, simply amazing must do. An underground world full of dragons fairies and other creatures at least in the imagination as this beauty is observed
- waaaw this is crazy wonderful. You have to go here at least once in your life. The most beautiful cave in the wordl...
- Nosah MOctober 14, 2022If u visit Slovenia don’t miss this beautiful cave and visit the aquarium to see the creatures living inside the cave 👍🏻
- Pete LloydApril 22, 2017Can buy a ticket that gives you entrance to both the caves and the castle down the road. If eating go to the places near where you buy the tickets rather than by the cave entrance. Food is better
- Marko PreželjAugust 28, 2016Very nice cave! But... Expect to be robbed by the expensive prices of the merchandise and photos. 7 eur for your sweaty photo? Wtf. Plushy toy for 8 eur. This is robbery!
- NigelJuly 20, 2023Once inside, the concrete walking trails can be slippery because they are wet. Wear decent shoes!
- Simon BartleJuly 26, 2019Expensive entry but very impressive and well organised, with a train ride followed by a walking tour
- Nick LongleySeptember 23, 2015Pretty interesting and worth a trip but €22 per person is quite hefty for the hour and half in the caves.
- Ashwin SabooAugust 29, 2013You are given a ticket to caves 4 specific time. But don't worry, even if you miss your visit timings. Just go to ticket counter and they should be able to give you another ticket with new times.
- HaithamOctober 9, 2016Best attraction in Slovenia for sure. Don't miss it just try to avoid busy time (noon)
- Renata P.July 5, 2015One of the nicest places I've ever been to. The journey in small train was breathable :-) Must see in Slovenia.
- Xose Ramon De La PuenteAugust 10, 2014Amazing caves. The castle a little so-so. Don't stop only here and check also the Skocjan caves.
- Witold DonwitoAugust 11, 2016The cave is beautiful, but they're not quite prepared to handle the tourist crowds during the season. Early September - it's better.
- Ko BiSeptember 29, 2018A must, but over touristic, crowded, over priced and the authenticity is damaged because of that.
- Antony TjandraMarch 14, 2013Starting of spring but it's still snowy here.. Im wearing wrong cloth for this kind of season..
- Ivan BSeptember 8, 2013Great, nature is sometimes makes most wonderful things that makes us speachless
